Happy New Year!
I actually made it to midnight last night. Only because I was watching stuff online about cute puppies adopted by pro football players. And looking at old meme's of Game of Thrones. I'm a geek.
Great news! Yesterday I was able to post on all my venues - Longaberger, Precious Moments, craft supplies, finished knit and crochet items, and general things I want to sell and get rid of. I made a couple sales, too. I sold 2 Longaberger items, sending $9.71 to my savings account. I also sold a couple crochet patterns, but I won't have a total on money I made from those until tomorrow. I sold them on Etsy, and they have to take all their fees out. So far, it looks like I'll be sending $6.09 to my savings account.
I also made $.04 on interest for my savings account and saved $.52 on a stash your cash. Bringing the savings total to $90.28.
I was able to pay my mortgage today and I purchased cat food from Chewy.com. I even signed up for autoship to hopefully save some money.
I started the New Year off right by finishing a custom order for my brother. He wanted me to make him a couple scarves. I finished one right before Christmas and finished knitting the second today. I just have to weave in the ends. But, now I'm able to close out my 2019 business spreadsheets. I also changed all the batteries in my house. Okay, I'm missing 1 battery, but I hope to get that this week. It's a specialty battery for a clock. Starting to go through all my monthly tasks, which is an all day task - backing up the hard drive, running malware and virus programs, creating new daily pages for my planner for February. Trust me when I say I love lists. They help keep me focused with what needs to be done every day.
That's all for today! Fingers crossed for more sales tomorrow!
